As we have told you on previous occasions, at Natura we have achieved that 100% of our online shipments are free of plastics. We ensure that our orders arrive in optimal conditions thanks to 100% recyclable materials (such as paper or cardboard) or compostable materials (corn starch pellets).
But we wanted to take it a step further: we are reusing the boxes from returns that arrive at our warehouse in good condition to make other shipments. Yes, this means that the box you receive at home may not be perfect. It may have remnants of previous labels or some wrinkles in the cardboard. We hope you don’t judge it by its appearance but rather by the reduction of waste we generate by giving it this second life.
