If you’ve just returned from idyllic vacations and are soon to be back at work, this post will interest you. We understand that for some, getting back into the routine can be a tedious task, but we’re going to tell you a secret: your attitude will make the difference.
Today, we’re giving you some tips that have helped us fully return to work. Take note of the ones you think might be useful for you. Here we go!
1. Regain the thread. Once you’re back at your workplace, it’s important to refresh your mind and recall those tasks or projects that were already on the table before you left. A good exercise is to start a new notebook in which you can make a list of tasks and topics that were left pending.
In our stationery section, you’ll find all the latest notebook releases.
2. Plan your tasks. Once you’re clear about the tasks to be carried out, it’s time to plan by assigning priorities to the tasks. Try scheduling your tasks and set personal weekly goals. For this, you can get a planner or an agenda (according to your needs):

3. Take care of your physical well-being.. It’s understandable that your work pace may have changed after a period of rest. It’s important to take care of yourself by staying hydrated and eating consistently and properly while at work. That’s why we recommend bringing your reusable water bottle so you can refill it as many times as needed. For a mid-morning snack, we recommend our reusable boc and rolls.
4. Take care of your mental well-being.Creating a clean and organized work environment will provide you with peace of mind in this new beginning. Placing a candle or some decorative elements can help harmonize and personalize your workspace.
Oh! And, at the end of the workday, try to engage in a fun activity or some exercise. It will help reduce initial stress.
