A healthy alternative is to prepare homemade ice creams, and even better if they are made with fruit. With these homemade fruit ice creams in popsicle format, the kids will have the recommended portion of fruit in their snacks or desserts in a much tastier and more fun format!

Whenever you can, use seasonal fruits and, if they are ripe, all the better because this way they will provide their natural sugars and you will have to add less sugar.

How to make homemade kiwi and banana ice cream

Ingredients for Kiwi + Banana ice cream
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • Liquid sweetener

How to make strawberry ice cream

Ingredients for strawberry ice cream
  • 4 strawberries
  • Liquid sweetener
  • Splash of soy milk

How to make orange ice cream at home

Ingredients for the Orange ice cream
  • One orange
  • Liquid sweetener

Chill for at least 6 hours.
