2. FILL THE RETURNING FORM
Fill the form and send it in the original package with the products. Our box is reusable! Follow the costumer service team instuctions.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
If it is a return because the article has not convinced you:
- National orders: we offer a free return shipment through a service point of the courier company DHL. In case of not using this service, the customer must send us the package and we will not assume the costs of that return shipment.
- International orders: the customer must send us the articles assuming the returning costs.
If it is a return due to an error on our part, we will refund the shipping costs plus the initial shipping costs.
Natura will take care of the return shipping exclusively in mainland and Balearic territory. In the rest of the areas, the customer will bear the full costs of the return.
