  • STEPS TO FOLLOW IN THE PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS (free service through a DHL Service Point)

    1. Get in touch with us.
    Send an email to help@naturaselection.com indicating:
    - Order number
    - Reason for the return
    - Items to return

    2. Fill in the return form that you will find attached to the confirmation email of your order.
    Fill in the sheet and send it together with the original box and the products. Our box is reusable! Follow the directions of our customer service team.

    3.You will receive a label from the transport company by e-mail.
    Along with it you will receive a Service Point search engine by Postal code so that you can take the package to the Service Point point that suits you best

    4. Once we receive the items we will proceed to check them and we will send you an email to inform you of the refund. You can track the return with the shipment number that appears on the label to verify the day of receipt. Once the package arrives, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days. Remember that the package box you received is reusable and has a self-closing system. In case of not having it, the items must be sent in a similar box, which guarantees that the products arrive in perfect condition (even if the purchased product has its own box). Likewise, all items must be properly labeled and in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we do not guarantee full or partial refund. If you do not use the DHL service point, Natura will not assume the costs of returning that shipment.

    STEPS TO FOLLOW IN OTHER DESTINATIONS NOT SPECIFIED ABOVE:

    In these cases, the return costs will be paid by the client and Natura will not return the amount under any circumstances.

    Send an email to help@naturaselection.com and the Customer Service team will indicate the steps to follow. In the email you must indicate:
    - Order number
    - Reason for the return
    - Items to return

    3. Make the shipment to the address of the Natura warehouse that we provide you from customer service.
    You can use the service that best suits you (courier, postal mail, ...) although we recommend using a service that allows you to track the shipment.

    4. Once we receive the items we will proceed to check them and we will send you an email to inform you of the refund.
    You can track the return with the shipment number that appears on the label to verify the day of receipt.   • In case you received a wrong item or an item in poor conditions, you have to write an email to help@naturaselection.com and we will find the best solution: you will be able to choose if you prefer to get a refund or a new item.

    Natura will take care of the return shipping exclusively in peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands. In the rest of areas, the customer will bear the full costs of the return and they will be paid later.

    In this case, we will return you the initial shipping costs as well, in case you paid for them. Remember to always contact us through e-mail in case of error, the physical store is not be able to refund the amount of the purchase or the shipping costs.
