I walked by bordering the GATS of Varanasi, observing the continuous movement of vendors, pilgrims, gurus, beggars, barbers, masseuses, dogs, children ... In that succession of millenary accesses to the river, the crossing of movements is always continuous. All those who converge there, make it attracted to both the spiritual tradition and by the magnetic force of the place. Some seek to purify themselves in the waters of the Ganges, washing their body and begging for their soul. Others yearn to recover their peace sitting on one of their banks. With eyes closed, they expect the noise of your mind to fade and the inner voice will reach them. The buffalas - suppliers of the appreciated milk of the place - enjoy the freshness of the water during the time that your caregiver allows it. Dogs, skinny and tireless, run to sniff innumerable traces of life. The barqueros attend the requests of the pilgrims, who want to take a boat ride to contemplate the temples that border the river. Groups of children play the Cricket. With improvised bates, they try to hit balls that, many times, end in the water. I approached a group of them and, while playing, I declared my intention to photograph them. They accessed delighted. And, without paying special attention, they continued playing. After a while, one of them approached me and, among the laughs and teasing of his companions, he told me: Photographer, I want to pose for you. Without giving me time to answer, he placed himself in front of my camera, advanced his right foot, his pants lifted just to show the ankle, he planted a smile on his face and shouted me: "already!"   Pepe Navarro Varanasi - India
