The Gazpacho, mythical classic summer. Today we want to explain how to prepare it. A very simple recipe to prepare it before leaving home and go to the beach.   The ingredients you will need are the following:
  • 1 kilo of ripe tomatoes.
  • 1/2 cucumber.
  • 1/2 red pepper.
  • 1/4 green pepper.
  • 1/2 onion.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 100 ml of water
  • Oil, vinegar and salt, to taste.

Step 1

Part in pieces the tomatoes and crush them with a processor or blender, for 30 seconds, until there is a homogeneous and thick mass. If you prefer, you can peel the tomatoes to not find any rest of the skin while you take your delicious gazpacho.

Step 2

Crushed the rest of the vegetables. Part in small pieces the peppers, the cucumber, the onion and the garlic and add in the same glass 100 ml of water. Crush the mixture for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the tomato pulp to the mixture of vegetables and beat for 10 seconds.

Step 4

Add the oil, vinegar and salt to taste and mix for 30 seconds.

Step 5

It rectifies the salt and water point, let stand in the fridge so that it is very cool when taking it to the beach.
